Recievers are like outfielders in baseball, there are plenty of them out there. HE ought to be lucky he gets paid millions to play football. I usually never side with the players, granted the owners are greedy bums too but YOUR ARE GETTING PAID TO PLAY A GAME!!! heinz has been in the league for 8 years. thats gettin up there for a football player. Its a shame but the way heinz plays would hurt him because he’s more prone to get injured. Plus heinz doesn’t have an ACL, thats obviously not normal, it hasn;t been a problem yet but sooner or later somethings gotta give. Also with plax gone, don’t you think defenses will key on ward now, so your gonna pay a guy that defenses will take out of a lot games? I don’t think so.
The guy is as nice as can be, but business wise i don’t blame the steelers if he doesn’t play a snap this year. The Steelers better than any other team seem to replace guys and not lose a step.

I agree they are overpaid, but its not the athlete’s fault. They need to lower ticket prices across the board so that everyone gets proportionally less.
sorry but its entertainment. we all can live without sports. just cause some over hyped person wants money back in the day now every freaking player wants top dollar. how about no player makes more then 100k a year. doesnt matter the sport. play for the love and get a decent check.

I fail to see a point in your arguement. Sure we could survive without sports, but we like them and are willing to pay for it. There is a demand and they have the commodity we desire. Do they charge too much for it, maybe… But we are willing to pay it so…
