Alright these arent your typical christmas cookies but they are damn good and only take fifteen mins to make…
first buy the following:
two chocolate and one botterscotch:
first get a double boiler set up going, either with an actual double boiler or a pan inside a pan, put water in the bigger pan. if you dont do this you will probably burn the chocolate ruining the whole batch.
put the chocolate and butterscotch chips and melt away stirring every so often. turn down the heat once the water starts to boil.
Then pour/scoop the chocolate into a bowl, add the nuts and noodles, and mix real good making sure everything is covered…
then using the two spoon method, scoop portions out onto tin foil or wax paper. of course getting the gf to help:
end result, about 6 dozen, could have been 7 if i made them more normal sized. let them cool then put in the fridge or freezer.
and of course make sure you do the dishes, i wouldnt want to try to wash the chocolate off once it cools…
ENJOY!
