I made a double recipe of Corn and Shrimp bisque, all fresh ingredients!
Meat/corn mixture, and stock soup base made separately
I’m a little messy, cutting the corn off those cobs is the worst part! :ahhh:
you gotta puree half the soup (after mixed) to make the “velvety texture”
the final touch, a cup of light cream, stir over med heat
Voila’ she’s done
Shit, now I understand why your husband hooked it up with that beautiful kitchen. If I had a wife that could cook fresh stuff like that, I’d hook it up too!
