hahaha Thought I’d take pics of my work today:

Started cooking the sauce round 10 am, will simmer till he gets home from Jersey (where he was on a job this week) Sauce starts w/ tomato paste/sauce…simmer in a whole onion cut in 1/2 (he hates onions but it needs the taste, he’ll never know) along with three banana peppers halved, 6 bay leaves, and a head of fresh garlic, pressed. Simmer for an hour, take out peppers and onion. Add black pepper, white pepper, crushed red pepper, chili pepper, oregano, a lil salt, and a pinch of paprika. Add 2 lbs partially cooked ground beef, 6 hot linked sausages cooked and sliced, a stick of pepperoni sliced, a pound of hot ground sausage cooked, and simmer for the next 4 or 6 hours :tasty:

And the dog wonders why his drooly ass is blocked out of the kitchen hehehe
