Bed, desk, computer chairs, on the wall shelving, night stand, dresser. Couches for living room. Most appliances, Minus microwave.
Basically… kitchen table (not needed but would consider nice ones w/) chairs, microwave stand, living room stuff, coffee table, end tables. TV stand / entertainment center combo. Couches for basement, maybe a 10x10 rug
