It looks like the guy that owns it is in Toronto. The guy thats buying it is in Atlanta, they are just meeting up in Buffalo to make the transaction. Thats what I picked up while sorting through the thread quickly.

Yeah, I think so. Remeber that post on here with the Pulsar that was on ebay, the guy said he would meet people in Buffalo to sell the car. He was from toronto.
