On Monday, the student’s cell phone was confiscated and inappropriate text messages were found.

fuckin pisses me off when teachers/principals go through your phone and read your texts/view photos/videos.

isnt that some sort of invasion of private property? I Know that schools can go through lockers and take what they want because it is property of the school not the student, but why cell phones?

This due to a field trip the week before when DeJusus and teacher went missing for a bit. Then on the bus ride back to school, the 2 teachers saw them sitting together with her having her legs draped over his. He is not cooperating with the police, so there maybe no charges filed for rape. As far as them being missing and found seperately, I haven’t gotten the details yet.

because cell phones arent suppose to be on school grounds anyways its a rule…so once they are the schools are allowed to look because their answer for you would be its not suppose to be here in the first place
