talkign about movies you open in media player or real player. It is 30 mins long, and i dont want to watch all 30 mins. I want to get to like the 15 min point. There has to be a way to fast forward… wtf!!! i dont want 10 mins of talking to get to the pron.

actually it is more of a work-around
if you are using windows xp, and opening the movie with the default media player version 9 or 10 and cannot fast forward do this.
Search your C: drive for mplayer2.exe
This is an older version of media player. Copy the shortcut to your Quick Launch bar, and open up mplayer2.
Drag your movie or video in to the window and fast forward all you want!!!

it’s dependent on how it was encoded and the player settings, if you would like to read up google.com owns joo… Encoding in itself is a nasty topic with retarded numerious codecs that are getting to be annoying…

as for my post, im dl’ing the pron too… but they are not as big of a file as full length movies. Try dl-ing a full length movie on shit connection speed. let me know how long it takes.
