Id do a 4th gear/syncro and also a first gear/syncro because of the problems you said you were havin with it, the rashes gear at the bottom of the counter shaft is reverse, yeh it looks bad but every reverse gear I’ve seen looks like that and works fine

saw the gear set yesterday. definently sucks. about the only thing half way good was the slider, but i wouldnt even reuse it for the shear fact you are in the trans already.
