I can’t think of the name of the program but it came with my Photoshop 7 install. Works great for gifs. I used it for my current avatar… had to cut out a crap load of frames and shrink it a bit to make it the right file size. Went from 250k down to whatever the current limit is… 32k or something like that I think.

you need to be specific then and say ANIMATED gif.
