Unless your coming out with a specialized degree (BSN, PA, any engineering degree, economics) then a 4 year degree is useless except to get you into a graduate program. I work as a pharmacy technician at Albany med, many other techs have 4 year degrees and are doing nothing with them.

I pretty much agree… I don’t think its useless, I think its just a glorified piece of paper that says you can read and write.
