i thinki its 5 miles but i might be wrong…i am on my way to the gym in north park now i can measure it if you want
its a little over 5 miles. I used to run it everyday after school, took about 30-45min depending
i have run it many of times… its 5 miles if you don’t use the short cut over teh bridge by the boathouse
is gym a code work for subway? 
i droped a few pounds i went from 270 something till 255 so i am getting there slowly…plus its a good time for the gym aerobics classes are starting

i cant do aerobics i like to watch…i get on aerobic machines and do cadio and work out…3-5 times a week…
dont bust on the pink spandex i got them from 240
yeah, i biked around the lake a few weeks ago, we did a total of 10 miles, cause we hit up the trails instead…right when we were pulling out by the duck pond like 20 cars were pulling in, half with hybrid stickers…

What day? Might have been when we had the Honda meet up there, Even Jay stopped up in the 240
5 1/4 miles. 5 if you skip the corner and take the bridge by the tennis courts. I run and walk it alot
