I paid off a rental property when I was 18 (I am 20 now). It was cheap (45k) but has really good cash flow.
Still living at home though.
So you paid it off in under 12months? IIRC you can’t own a house till you are an adult in the eyes of the law and can be held accountable.

No, I paid cash to my parents which got the loan for me. Therefore the deed isn’t in my name.
