How to F&#% a scammer...?

I have his email address, but he jumps through a few networks, and it sometimes comes from a nigerian IP, so it’s clearly a nigerian scammer.

Where can I submit his email addresses to make sure he gets tons of garbage email? Preferably heinous queer photos of hardcore acts, but as long as he gets spammed to all hell, I’ll be happy.
