Not bad for $50-$60 I think. You pay that much for just that short-rubber piece in SS.
BTW, Canadian Tire can get those parts for you; got mine in a few days after ordering.

I can already hear the nay-sayers commenting on not using an inverted flare. :hsugh:

You may want to try CISCO or Adaptall.com to get you the metric to -4 fitting btw.

Why would you do this unless you’re converting from an automatic car and don’t have the hard line??

SPL sells the rubber replacement line in SS for $20 US.

The braided line will flex more than the hardline, G!

my stainless line was 16 bucks US

$20USD and $16USD?

How much was it in your hands after customs/shipping/etc?

Should we tell these people they just wasted their money?

stainless steel teflon line have negigible pressure drop compared to metal hard lines.

are you kidding me, i cant belive people would spend 60 dollars on a 10" peice of SS line.

my duty and brokerage for that shipment was 6 dollars and shipping was 20 i think but i orderd about 8 things in that particular shipment.

Could you do that to redo all your brake lines?

I would probablly avoid doing the brake lines using SS. The brake system is
under a lot more pressure then the clutch is and I’m sure the stress over time is
bound to cause problems.

Anyone want to chime in and add to my comments above? :dunno:
