when swapping the dash from a coupe into a fast back with the HUD will it all just plug in and bolt up or will i have to run wiring and cut out the old harness???

you need the coupe’s cluster sub-harness (the sub-harness bridges the cluster harness to the main harness)
hud will reflect on the regular windshield … not as well, but it will
it works fine on a regular wiindsheild imho… a couple s1dc guys have this.
i have a HUD sub harness available if needed.
so once i take out the dash from the coupe, ill have to cut out the harness and join it to the harness on the fast back or just change out both harness’s ?

you need a digital cluster, a digital cluster harness, and a digital cluster sub-harness
these 3 things replace your analog cluster, analog cluster harness, and analog cluster sub-harness respectively
the digital sub-harness plugs into the same two connectors on the main harness that the analog sub-harness is currently plugged into
so that makes it plug and play… Hmm thats tempting haha is it just your speed that displays? or rpms too?

ive got 2 hud clusters. one sohc and one dohc. (both dont work but you can tinker with them) projector with harness and 2 sub-harnesses
dose the cluster need to be from a sohc in order to use cause the coupe is dohc and the fastback is a single cam, or dose it matter???
if the engine is a sohc then you need a sohc cluster. and the same for dohc
whats the difference???
wiring for the tach is different i believe
