I don't post around these parts much.

But I’m bored at work and figured I would share my pile of shit with you guys.

Now thats she’s all tucked in for the winter I wanted to share some pics gathered from h2o international in Ocean City, Maryland.

I got to do a photoshoot with Jake G and Michaelmark5 from WFSU latelatelate one evening and here are a few snaps. This ended up being a feature on the blog.

Suspension:
Airlift XL bags front & rear
Easystreet Autopilot digital ride height management
Air Zenith OB2 compressor
Passenger frame notched

Wheels:
SSR Vienna Shalk
18x9 & 18x10 et 37 all around

Enjoy!

Any luck selling it? I have been watching it for awhile.

yay! another A3… I’ve been loving mine outside of the reliability issues. I still can’t believe how much power I got for so little money.

A few bites, nothing major. Now that you sold your Jetta you can scoop this!

I have had zero reliability issues with mine, sorry to hear that about yours.

oh hai babi boi

how does air ride actually ride? never been in a car with it and how would it handle the elements of a dd in buufalo?

The ride quality is great! Much better than coils and not sloppy like most assume. Airlift valves and tunes their struts to be a performance minded application. I had the pleasure of spending a day with the engineering team this summer, the director is from a track back ground and wants nothing but great drivability from their product. As far as year round use, as long as proper precautions are taken (adding air brake anti freeze to the tank and water trap) issues should be minimal.
