Figured id post up some pics of the SS before it gets paint work done, 2wd conversion, bigger cam, level 5 tranny, custom 18" bogarts, more juice etc.

Shaved rear bumper hole where exhaust came out, and cut hitch out to run 2 pipes out the back. kinda like srt8

By the end of July it should be in high 11’s here in CO. where we have 8000 da and 8000 feet up. lol. so when i bring it back to NY to visit should do pretty good on a decent day. Plus the pig was 4975lbs. Im trying to get it around 3800 or so…

Nice. Why ditch the AWD? At that point it would begin to loose some of it’s appeal to me.

Weight,more power to the ground, and to get rid of problems that happen when you make an AWD faster.
Plus i sold transfer case and a few lil items for $1k

I know how to set it up to hook, so im not worried about that. plus i dont drive it in the snow now. and they suck in snow anyway unless you have good snows .

i never liked them. but they dont look good not there. so im gonna shave the grille so those just arnt there .

:tup: i agree with getting rid of anything shiny/chrome/silve in the front…

looks good… i cant imagine resale being good on this thing now that you’ve started dismantling it… which is fitting cuz, you take a huge hit on every project before finishing (when you sell it) lol
