The flywheel you buy would have to be for the motor as it would need to have the right bolt pattern for the crank, weather or not the LS motor uses the same bolt pattern I do not know so it may just be as simple as their interchangeable.
Then weather or not a B16 clutch settup, mainly the pressure plate will bolt up to that flywheel.
