I experimented a little bit. See if you can notice whats not there anymore. Im not a big fan on how the aluminum came out so Ill probably be stripping it off and powdercoating it.

Yea ive done that a few times. We did a few b16’s into civics and we stripped them. Sand blasted them and clear coated a few or just painted a few. Looks better without the vtec. More like a sleeper
Im just waiting for some random dumbass to come up to my car while I have my hood up and tell me its a good thing I turboed a LS because vtec is bad for turbos. Being as I have no vtec badges on my car and now no VTEC valve cover.
I still love the moroso valve covers. Just so damn expensive
