I hate these things

Hi, I’m Audrey. I work in tech support for a Dial up company. I have a Computer Information Systems degree that is wasting away. I see almost everyone here on these forums to pass the time, so I thought I would too.
I’m married
Just moved to NT
Bought my husband a brand new 08 Scion TC
I have a crappy Dodge Neon 02. (I’m getting a Scion soon)

I play wow and love roller coasters.

Hi Audrey. I apologize in advance for what you are about to encounter from several members of the board.

Enjoy your stay

INB4NUDES

LOL LNET?

Welcome

Sorry about the fun career in dial up support…

Thank God! Since you’re here, can you help me with a problem I’m having with this computer? There are several popups in the corner saying I am infected with a virus and as soon as I click on them to fix the problem these ads pop up all over my screen and more installation prompts pop up. I clicked the installs to get the program going (or whatever it needs) and now my internet browser has 10 of these toolbars and I keep seeing different websites every time I open internet explorer!

HELP!

:stuck_out_tongue:

+1 and welcome.

And who actually uses dial up?

You’re married and drive a Neon, your husband drives a Scion…

hi audrey!

believe it or not, a lot of people use dial up. with the way the economy is going, i wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing more people signing up for it due to “NEEDING THE INTERNET” people cant always pay for highspeed and some just cant get highspeed.

Welcome Abroad!
