As the title says, if you go to Car domain, the web site inserts a tracking cookie every time you visit, Its called hit box, Its not malicious (from what i know of) but it will slow your computer down, Go to www.downloads.com and get spybot. It works.
cookies won’t slow your computer/browsing down they just save information so when you come back to a website a few days later it can remember your preferences or whatever. This website uses cookies too I think. They are just text files.
other stuff can … that spybot will check. but I don’t think cardomain will be installing spyware on your computer (on purpose anyway)
I know what cookies do, Just My spyware program brought it up as as an advertising cookie, “hotclick” i belive,
