im drunk off guiness and harp

Irish Car Bombs = blackout after a few.

Guinness is overrated.

Personally, I think it looks and tastes like a pint of sludge from the bottom of the Allegheny River… but I’m more of a Witbier/Trappist/Tripel beer drinker.

this thread is populated by sissies.

hey fucker I;m with you

Guiness and Jager = teh win

:bigok: “Michelob Ultra is the best.”

people that dont like guinness dont know how to drink it.

its not not a beer, its a stout-big difference
its brew is nitrogen activated-beer is not
its has to be super cold to taste right
it is to be gulped not sipped-if you take more than 10 “sips” your not drinking it right
ask for the bottle-bartenders that take more then 30 sec to draught your glass dont know dick about a stout.

:bigthumb: There’s a bartender in Johnstown that can’t pour a stout if her life depended on it. We had to explain what the spoon was for on the tap.

Guiness is piss, equilavent to the BEAST

and BV is better?

I got your back on this guiness debate. It is pretty damn good. I have to admit, as much as I like it, I’ve never really watched a bar keep get it for me, I just assumed that it was all the same, now that you mention it…what is the spoon for? :frowning:

I saw a post for Irish Carbombs…quite possibly the BEST drink ever discovered/invented. One of my buddies is a bartender in Fox Chapel and he siad that they prefer Tillmer’s Dew (I think it was…some expensive irish whiskey). Well He got me one…pretty freakin good

All this talk about Guiness and car bombs makes me jealous that it’s a sunday night and I can’t go get one…lol

cant compare BV to beer

rdr: watch a bartender that knows what’s up. they’ll fill the pint halfway or so then the spoon is put under the stream out of the tap to keep the head down. Once you have a good bartender pour it you’ll notice when a shitty one does.

I only had Guiness once. It was in Shannon, Ireland on a layover. Too me, it didn’t taste too great. Not a big fan of that type of beer. I had to gulp it, wanted my money’s worth and it was almost time to board the plane. One day, I might try another one.

harp and fiddle meet!!! :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

black and tan > *

You need an Irish toast before a black and tan. Then finisher up w/ a shot of some good whiskey.

IN IN IN IN IN IN!!!

Ive tried an Irish whiskey before… I think it was Irish Mist perhaps? It was actually pretty good. Much better than Jack or Jim.

Jamison > *

black bush irish whiskey is awesome… i still prefer some wild turkey 101…

lets do this!
