im negotiable on the head unit and navigation together because i really want to keep them as a package. Then nav is designed for the head unit so it would be much harder to sell on its own. I did have the blue tooth in my car but im not positive if i still have the microphone from when precision removed it from my car.
i can check and see if i still have it, if not the microphone would be all you need i believe. The head unit has bluetooth as a feature so it should be an issue.
