Injector Insulator Part number

Hey guys,

I searched on the FAQ and can’t find it. The one I need is the insulator that is right under the fuel rail. It is a hard piece of what appears to be plastic / graphite. It sits between the fuel rail and the rubber gasket in the fuel injector hole.

After ordering pretty much all the parts, I am stomped.

Any have expereince with this? Must be pretty common as it falls off as soon as you pull the fuel rail.

Any help at all is much appreciated!!!

The “insulator” listed below i already ordered. the part number below is for the insulator on top of the injector, holding it down. I need the one that separates the injector from the intake manifold.

They are the same as DOHC Ka’s… You could go take one @ a junk yard or even find someone with an old/spare rail they dont need. I previously had one but gave it away other wise I would have gave you all 4 for free.

Anyhow… Part # I got from Fast was 16635-53J00 “Injector Insulator” but its a Japanese # thou they should be able to cross reference it here into a north american #
