I highly doubt this is true since Intel has hired so many graphics engineers to start their own graphics department.

And I’m with the BS call as well. This is a result of the AMD/ATI merger and really holds no water. I’m sure that Intel will work very closely with Nvidia, but I’m sure Nvidia’s price is a little high right now, despite the slight drop in stock.
