Not to hijack but to be sure people are clear. Note this is the 2nd generation. Some may see 3.0 and not know what firmware means etc… It’s not a 3rd generation nor 3G capable phone.

there is a 2g 8gig on CL local right now for 125. unlocked and jailbroken… dont hold your breath for 200 take the 175 and run with it

what you said was even more confusing to me - it’s a 1st generation iPhone that is capable of using the Edge network only. However, it can still use Apple’s iPhone 3.0 OS. People need to stop calling it iPhone 2g and use iPhone Edge or iPhone 1 or something.
But anyhow - glws, I always liked the 1st gen iphones exterior better.

The firmware is Apple Software Revision 3.0
It uses Edge data, not 3G.
