Just put it on ebay. I just got 202.50 for my 3g even after banning non-US sales and 0 feedback bidders. Run the jailbreak, then download ultrasn0w and unlock it. Advertise as jailbroken and unlocked and it will sell for at least $250, probably closer to $300.
I sold my 16 3G with a cracked back and dust under the screen for $180 on craigslist.
Def put it on Ebay or CL and you can pull at least 200.
