he was on howard stern a few years ago and i swear he’s whiter than me, golf, escargo, etc… and i respect that. he said he sent his kids to private school and raised them to appreciate what they have. he said he’d take them back to ‘da hood’ after they were 13 or 14 cause then they’d realize that being in da hood is not cool, getting out and bein rich is. gotta love a guy, no matter how dork a rapper he is, that realizes it’s not cool to be a ill educated, poor, pissed off, dude… f street cred, give ja rule another mansion.

How do you feel about the new FCC regulations? This isnt another one of my Anti-Bush rants either, it got support pretty evenly across party lines (although that wouldnt be if there were some Libertarians in congress)…
Mike, I’m not too familiar with all of the details of the regs, but for my understanding the fines are a lot higher for violations. I think that free speech is essential to our freedom. However, I think on a publicly broadcasted show that anyone can listen to, there should be some guidelines as to what can and cannot be said. I know I turn on 96.1 and I can’t see my daughters listening to some of the music on there when they are say 7 or 8 years old. It is my responsibility as a parent to monitor my kids, but what happens when they have a radio on the bus to school? Should someone like Howard Stern be readily accessable to a 7 year old?

That is my take on the regs.
