Eminem is an awesome rapper. I dislike a lot of his older stuff, which think was purposefully made extra inflammatory just to get attention, but his newer work now that he’s an established rapper is much better.
“regulators” was a decent song. I never really got into the really heavy gagsta rap like Eazy… Closest to that I like is oldschool snoop + dre. I like Ice Cube alot too, I played my Westside connection CD till it wore out. I also loved BT&H’s E. 1999

Just sounds to me like he’s trying to get across his feelings of opression and frustration from the white majority. In a contemporary way that his core audience will understand.

It may be misinterptered as such I suppose. However, I could see how someone in Ice Cube’s shoes could have contempt for white people. Growing up in the ghetto, poor as fuck, all your friends dying or going to jail… I think it more a sort of modified jealousy than any form of hatred or racism. Just because he is speaking unfavorably about white people != he hates them all.

I love how every time I disagree with someone on any issue, its just because I “want to argue”. Racism is hatred for an entire race for no reason other than complete and total ignorance. So actually, no, I dont think that based on the lyrics that you quoted, Ice Cube is racist.
