I know if you want to start your own business in dubie you cant without a local sponcering you, same thing as working down there. a cousin of mine is a pilot down there for the air line (he is left seat on the new airbus when they get it) and he was telling me about the troubles they had to go threw even though the airline is owned by a shike.
Makes sence thought they want there money to stay in country for the people who live there.
