its really not that bad although you gotta remove the downpipe and like someone else said unbolt the right side motor mount and jack the engine up a little bit, it makes it soooooo much easier to remove the uppipe. but definitely let me know if you need a hand.

i heard about them, installed them, and none of my bolts have moved at all i have not had to go back and retighten them at all.

ill let ya know, it will probably be next summer after i do my turbo upgrade, but i probably wont drag it to many times unless i find some extra money to beef up the tranny, clutch and some other things as well.
when are u installing the springs? and are u useing the stock struts? i wanna know how they ride if they are nice i might buy a set of them
ill let ya know, i havent had time to install them yet. from the different guys that i have talked to on wrxfanatics.com that have them. the springs are supposed to be awesome drop the car around an inch or so and they handle like crazy. and yes with an 04-current wrx/sti you can use the stock struts, with the 02-03 you have to buy 04-05 tophats. i will be running the stock struts for a while until i can upgrade those as well.
if you dont wanna do dig runs too much i’ll have u in a roll race…if you want. that way we can get an idea what u’ll run…stage 2 should have me by a car or so in the 1/4

OT, but TeamWRX, were you in North Park today to watch the AutoCross at all? I was parked at the opposite end from the starting line, and a blue WRX that was the same color and had the same exhaust as you was parked a car away from me, and pulled out right before I bounced. did u get ur springs put on yet? i just cancelled my order for jdm fogs. its been 8 weeks so far and they never shipped them and it might take another month or soo. Just so u know dont order anything from mauro motorsports this seems like a on going problem with them.

but no i have not installed the springs yet, i decided to go ahead and order some koni struts along with the springs so im waiting for them to come in they should arrive sometime this week. and then im gonna install everything at once.
ic cool. i was thinking instead of the fogs maybe ill order sum spring but at the same time i need new tires, brakes and inspection lol so i dont know what i should doo
yea i know what ya mean, i just got new front tires, i guess i was driving my car a little to hard this summer, the front tires had cords showing but the rear look perfect. so i had to get 2 new fronts, then i need to get my front window fixed because its got a 4 foot crack. brakes are gonna need to be changed soon, oil change is coming. and i also wanna do my front fogs but i think the front fogs are gonna be put on the back burner for a while.
