My friend and i ordered 2 eprom chips, one is for a turbo ka24e-t with 550cc injectors, and mine is for a stock ka24e.
The problem would be that they didnt tell us wich one is wich.
They look identical and have no labeling on them what so ever.
So…I need someone to read the chip for me, or tell me where i can get it read, and i need someone to install it for me.
Will envolve a cold 6 pack for you.
If you have the socket that will fit the chip it would work just as easy. I think its a 28 or 32 bit. Not positive.
trial and error, put one in, start the car, it starts and works normal (ur car ka24e) its a goodie rev it a bit, if it doesnt sputter its good
otherwise its tunned for much bigger injectors with different resistance and air flow, so ull dump more fuel and car will not idle or idle rough. now where is my 6pack? hehe :partyman:
I don’t have the socket to install it.
Otherwise i would have to solder it in, possibly resulting in un-soldering if it’s the wrong one.
Does anyone have the socket?
