Keep an eye out

I lost the auction for the Civic 1500S I was bidding on… I actually went a few hundred higher than I wanted to and still lost…

So…here’s the funny part: I think I want a Mustang. I’ve always been into imports, but the more I think about it, the more I think I’d love a 2.3 turbo. I’d been thinking about it for awhile, and then the SVO in Muscle Mustangs + Fast Fords keeps sticking in my head… so if anyone sees a cheap eighties Mustang (or even Capri) in any shape other than rusted out, let me know. I’m totally confident the Prizm is going to be reliable for the forseeable future, so I want to buy something fast.

brian has a knotch back stang at his place and i think that he has one other also.

and by fast you mean tuned turbo 2.3 with heads and cam and bigger turbo right?? :tounge: atleast you are coming to the domestorice side of things.

notchback is the coupe or the hatch? i’m more into the hatch, but i could probably go for a coupe.

and i’m pretty sure i could only put one head on the 2.3…:tounge:

edit: nevermind…looked it up… notchback = trunk

couldn’t i drop a TurboCoupe engine in a 84-86 or 87-93 stang? I had some friends who put one in a stang that started life as a regular four-banger.

that will fit in just fine. I thought you wanted to get a 2.3L stang, and turbo its existing motor.

Theres a big diff between the Thunderbird Turbocoupe/Mustang SVO 2.3L

and the regular 2.3L motor
