Very cool project. to keeping it in the family.

Lookin good, any before pics?

Ape Hangers on a Pan Head.
Wish I had picks of my dad’s old ride.

i have pics of my dads ol pan, ill get them up

Well I’m still waiting for some stupid stuff to show up, so I decided to clean up some stuff
Rear brake hub / sprocket before

Durning

After

Thought there was to much black on this side of the motor

So I brushed up some screws

Installed the oil bag fittings after brushing them

This outer clutch hub has some deep grooves and scratches in it

After some work

I’m not really sure what to do with it, leave it brushed like it is, totally polish it or powder coat it something.

That’s all for now, tomorrow I will mount the rear tire on the rim then clean the oil bag out.

haha that first motor picture I snapped it as i was falling backwards over my dog

Front end is on at last

Polished up the clutch hub not sure if I like it.

I Hate lacing rims

Here is what I’m running for a rear tire.

Nice. Good call on a normal sized back tire. I hate bikes w/ huge back tires.

I don’t know anything about pan heads, how many CC’s and any idea on HP?

fat back tire ftw

this thing is gonna be baLLa though when its finished!

Alright I have been moving along pretty good with the bike. I was having issues with the oil bag clearing the trany. I had to make up some custom spacers, re-mount the fender ect…
Anyway the stuff I have pictures of
Painted the generator wrinkle and polished/brushed the ends

End clamp that protects the brushes and what not
before

After

Carb before

After

I got the rear tire on the rim, hub bolted up mounted it to the bike and got the chain on.

Crappy picture, but you can see the generator mounted to the front of the motor and the carb is mounted up also. I’m missing a few pictures apparently I’ll snap a few more later.

Starting to look like a bike again.

Look good, Adam!

What are doing as for a seat? Maybe I missed it

Pocket style seat I think. I’m not sure if I’m going solo or not. No fat bitches on the hard tail haha
