alright i finally got my kybs installed, and what i want to know is what level of dampening is best to use when (guys with experience with them, what did you find worked best). also, the back is fully ajustable with a knob, but i thought that the front was also adjustable?..if it is, what has to be dont to adjust it?
Wouldn’t this depending on your existing suspension modifications?
Like replaced control arms or bushings, and swaybars?
Not just for this but I suppose same goes for coilovers.
Not really, but I defenatly found 2/4 worked good on the streets and 4/8 on the track.
i have 2/4 on street
i plan on 3/6 or 4/8 on track
i ran 3/6 street without any problems
the AGX’s are great, they will take anything you throw at them
so 1 is the softest setting and 4 and 8 are the stiffest right?
yeah, but dont be a wuss, run at least mid settings
alright, ive been trying out different settings, and 2/5 feels pretty good. so i hope you dont think that that is pussying out bing, lol… thanx for the input guys.
See I would have run 4/8 all the time but I was worried about strut longevity with the way I drive.
The stiffer you set it, it decreases the lifespan of the strut.
