if you’re trannys gonna blow up after a few hard launches, why the hell would you want that car? i’m not “bagging on your car” or anything like that, so dont get all defensive, i would never even consider buying a car that needed a $3,000 upgrade just to be tossable like 90% of other semi-performance oriented cars. I beat the living fuck out of my car and have only needed $7.55 to replace a shift cable bracket.

me and chuck were dead even, ill give you that much, he pulled me about a car and i pulled him a car, probably a little to 2. but i’m done modifying my car for straightline performance anyways. i just sold my intake and have no plans to further modify the engine, i’m just putting a few hundred into the suspension for auto X (see avatar :bore) then im paying my car off asap and selling it to buy an e46 m3.
my car is worth 1-3k less than an 01-03 base 6mt, which is exactly what i want, so im not TOO far away. just passed the 50% mark paying off the boat, so its about 2.5 years away. :cool
