The worst was a user with our two factor authentication. Had the token with the laptop and then all the passwords taped to the laptop.

Ya for sure. I love companies that decide to roll out super secure password policies and then all that happens is users taping their passwords to monitors or under the laptop. Awesome.

I found the easiest way to social engineer someone is walk around with a clip board. No one asks questions with a fake ID hanging from your belt and a clipboard.
