Lawn Mower Class Action Settlement - - Could be FREE money for you

I read about this in the Buffalo News this past weekend.

Overview

The lawsuit claims that the Defendants sold certain gasoline-powered lawn mowers and lawn mower engines with false and misleading horsepower ratings. The Defendants deny these claims and deny that they did anything wrong. The lawsuit does not concern the safety of these lawn mowers. The parties have agreed to resolve this case by settlement.

The Court did not decide in favor of Plaintiffs or Defendants. The attorneys have investigated the facts and applicable law regarding the Class Representatives’ claims and the Defendants’ defenses. The parties have engaged in lengthy negotiations in reaching the Settlements. The Class Representatives and their attorneys think the Settlements are best for everyone who is affected. Both sides agree that the Defendants are not admitting that they did anything wrong, but both sides want to avoid the cost of further litigation.

Cool, looks like I can get up to 110 for both mowers just have to check the serial numbers when I get home

Submitted, THX

I knew there was no way this thing was 5hp.

Hardest part was finding the engine model number.

I have two mowers that should qualify, but I’m too lazy to write down the model number…

can i come over and write them down?

So can you go look at two riding lawnmowers for sale on craiglist and submit those numbers? lol
