nice car wish i had 40,000 even though it will probly go for more than that
what a fucking waste to let that thing sit.
that guy should DIAF
def a lil extreme. but a nice new car with manual windows is hard core. i found a formula on ebay a few weeks ago with manual windows for like 6 g’s now that is what i want as my next ride. taht car is so hard core. but i want one with 40k on it instead of 40 miles
Damn I want that car I would give my Firehawk up for that one
How do you decide when to sell something you’ve kept for 9 years? Maybe since the Camaro concept was unveiled he decided to get rid of it while F-bods are still nonexistent. :dunno:
i wnat some firehawk wheels, you got any pewter
thats bad ass, id be driving that thing a lot!
not at this time
let me know if you get some, looking for some chrome zr1s or torq thrust 2 or the firehawks in chrome. Can you widen wheels like the 9.5 to 11?
definitely badass
jeez
damn brian…that thing is just amazing. i’m not a fan of that front facia, i prefer the T/A front better than the formula-style. but regardless that is an unbelieveable car…beautiful. whoever gets that thing is one lucky guy.
stupid question:
low miles aside, what makes that car so much more expensive than say a Z28 or something? Do those cars go for that much money brand new?
Personally, unless I were buying the car to keep as a museum piece, that car has no value to me. IMHO it’s worth way less than a car w/ 40-50-60k miles on it. You have an absolute unknown quantity there. 10 years without running does not treat a motor well. Not to mention the skunky gas and all the other fluids in the car, even the tires.
its a firehawk, much better supsension, and thats a LT4, not the LT1, like a Z28 or T/A of those years, its just a badass car compared to Z28s of those years
Firehawk = Ford’s SVT program. limited numbers and better components
Dont get me wrong I understand why it cost so much and it is a badass ride. BUT I would rather have a 97 firehawk with TA frontend and Spoiler and have the LT4 kit in it and save a ton of $$$. But still a badass car as is.
good luck finding a set for a reasonable price and good luck finding a set that doesnt have the normal flacking of the chrome. I bought a set on ebay that were brand new that had either small nicks u couldnt see and 2 of the wheels are bent. I paid 850.00 for them because my original set got messed up in an accident when they were on another car. I did find a perfect set but they wanted 1200 for them.
yes, i’d love firehawk wheels too…
even tho they are expensive, WS6 wheels sell for quite a pretty penny also… so you could spend a good bit, and recoup most of it by selling your wheels
exactly what I was going to say…
That’ll be one dry start up once she does run.
