Wow. Amazing collection.
Think that’s it
I went and looked through the pics again. What’s amazing is how many ridiculous cars are sitting in the background. Also, I didn’t see a single Japanese car, pretty much 100% American, German, and Italian.

Going tomorrow. I will make a new thread if I get some decent photos.
I HATE these:
I didn’t realize that he had that much dough. I mean, yeah… he’s obviously got money…but holy shit, that’s a lot of money, assuming it’s liquid.
I assume a lot of them are company cars; proof of concept and show cars. But the exotics would be tough to justify since that is not their market, so those might be his.
BigRon I’d be curious to hear your thoughts. Looking at their website it seems like a closed “Cruise Night” with, don’t get me wrong, REALLY AWESOME cars. But, any dickhead with $20 can get in. The purpose for a fund raiser makes sense and it is awesome that it is priced to be affordable. I’m just wondering how much riff-raff will be there.
I went to the Detriot Auto Show a few years back and it was the Buffalo Auto Show crowd…with MUCH nicer cars and more of them.
I will let you know my impressions. The only two people I know that have been had private tours from Ken and were very impressed. One was a friend of his and the other worked for a manufacturer that he works closely with. I was told by each, the next time they went they would make sure to call me but the phone never rang, so this was my opportunity.
How does it work for him if he just wants to drive any car at any time insurance wise? Dealer plate I’m assuming.
Amazing collection and very nice guy. My ears are still ringing from standing behind the Enzo. The Bugatti sounded mundane compared to it.
The car many people walked past that blew me away was the C6RS with an 8.2L that was milled out of a block of aluminum (block alone was $45k). The only C6RS with the 8.2, the rest have a 7.0 supercharged engine.
As for Japanese cars I did see a GTR and regarding Vipers they said he has owned 2. There were 150+ cars there tonight and maybe another 50 to 100 in his other garage. The crowd was a bunch of very respectable people and Ken and his family were very graciousness hosts. I think my camera settings were all jacked up, but I will see what I got.

Only a taste, I could have spent days here:
Nice pix
Epic thread bump, Ron. What was your personal favorite there? I can’t get over the fact that he has some of the world’s most desirable cars stuffed in corners like old couches.
Oddly enough my eye keeps getting drawn towards that 288 GTO.
Good stuff
The CTS-V…
The Corvette’s were pretty cool because everyone just walked by them. First Corvette with a V8, only remaining Corvette with a factory supercharger, C6RS 8.2L, Twin Turbo 427 that did 0-60 in 1.9 seconds and raced a blue angel for car and driver. And probably another 15 that all had a cool story. But the C6RS caught me off guard and probably would take home my vote.
It was funny that he had a great story for each car, nothing is just a X. They are all rare and special edition. 2 Aerocoupes in the collection made me laugh.
He told me he has a horrible hobby of buying on ebay. He also said he won’t get in a pissing match and pay too much for something at a live auction.
I can sense the enthusiasm in your post. Sounds like this is something I should consider checking out.
In for more pics if you got them…
Yeah put it on your list. According to this list; his collection is only behind the Sultan and Jay Leno
