whats retarded about premier was that i went there with my friend Andrea on our 21st bday and their policy says that they cant sell alcohol to you on the day of youre 21st bday even when youre legal age, it was BS and i went somewhere else…

well they dont know what time they were born on that day, so there just covering there ass.
