Local Alum Diamondplate Source

nice, but if you drop a screw on that, they only place you’ll find it is in your tire.

I don’t know about the diamond plate… you can always just do that plastic strip stuff that sticks on and it cheap.

ive never seen the plastic stuff any taller then 4inches…

it’ll be nasty and oxidized 10 seconds after the first snowfall. it would be a great idea in a fair climate. i’d say get white vinyl sheeting used in refrigeration cut down to strips and industrial adhesive to attach it. it’d be 5% of the cost, and indestructible.

i was thinking i could just zoop seal it…

That picture of the garage or whatever with it done looks TERRIBLE IMHO. I thought it was gonna be a workbench backsplash.

Where you seeing 15%? I only see 10%.

im part of the ebay bucks promotion, so i get a little more…

i may get a small piece to see how it looks, cuz honestly i never thought of the alum tarnishing…

+1

What thickness do you want: .100, .125, .188? & what type of finish? ex.: 3003-bright finish, 5086-H34, 6061-T6 or tpye 304?

Let me know…I should be able beat those prices (this my include cut to size)

I can get 3003-H22 Aluminum diamond plate (Bright Finish)

.100 x 48 x 120 = $98 cut to size (you pick up in Lancaster)

    -63Lbs each sheet

.125 x 48 x 120 = $120 cut to size (you pick up in Lancaster)

    -77Lbs each sheet

completely forgot about the ebay bucks

i know stainless is a bit more expensive…but i’d say go with stainless diamond plate and not worry about all the extra care needed to protect it from salt/moisture corrosion.

I mean…it may only be a couple hundred bucks differenece. Atleast then it’s done.

why not just get the sticker stuff since you are only looking for “the look” not the function…
