Local Place to buy Compressor (besides Lowes et al)?

Spec’d out compressors @ Lowes, Home Depot, & Sears. Looking at this one:

http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=137603-71025-KLA4508065&lpage=none

Hi-Flo, cast-iron, single-stage oil-lubricated pump16.1 SCFM @ 40 PSI / 14.0 SCFM @ 90 PSI
80 gal vert. tank
$599
Looking for 220v, 60+ gal tank, 10+ cfm @ 90#s. $500 price range.
Uses: air ratchet, da, grinder, light hvlp paint duty, & general purpose.
Prefer oil lube for longer lifespan.

Anyone suggestions?
Other stores?
Any shops going out of business?
Don’t really want to ship a 200# compressor…
Purchase by next weekend.

TIA

harbor freight has some decent ones… so does tractor supply

how could i forget HF? doh.

Apparently Kobalts have extremely strict warranties.

tractor supply has an ingersol rand compressor dirt cheap compared to what other places charge. That’s where I got mine

I wouldn’t trust a HF compressor if you want it to last. Ingersol Rand make great air tools.

Their compressors are top notch. There is a sweet 60 gallon 12.6cfm at 90psi for $400 its 220V = dryer outlet. I owned it. It was good quality and reasonably quiet.

Single stage oil sumped. They have sold dozens of them and have recived nothing buy praise.

I bought this used (with about a year’s use on it) a month and a half ago for $850.

Here’s the number for the used equipment broker I used to equip my shop:

Karson Equipment
585-786-3930

They’re about halfway between Warsaw and Wyoming on RT 19 just south of Brock Yates’ house.

Seriously, you cannot get a better deal on shop equipment anywhere.

^

thats what i’m talking about … I’ll give them a ring tomorrow.
