thanks to everyone for their help.
Just curious, why the hate for 93s ?
I found a good rate on insurance finally but the car has to be 15 years old
I would prefer AND pay more for a 91
rolling chassis? complete and running?
complete, running, driving, stopping, starting. Something I can toss plates on and drive. Not looking for a future show car.
buy my car?
theres a guy up the street from me that has an 89-90 (unsure but i know its those years) 240sx
ive never ever seen this car before but i know the place where he bought it from as it was a friends of my dads.
i stopped buy one day, good body panels, frames were rustless, one small tear on passenger frame where it meets the floor board, it was about 3 inches long.
aside from that and the terrible paint chipping on the front bumper, this car looked to be in really good shape.
owner wasnt home so i didnt get to hear it run or drive and i dont know a price.
would you like me to go find out for ya?
just let me know online
Matty,

too much money…
i just need something that will get me around for about a month
PM me what you’ve got!!!
talk to kevin/tim, you know who I’m talking about, he(kevin) had 3 I think on saturday when I spoke to him…
the last one he picked up was I think older than 15 yrs
and for a month or so, what does 5-speed matter?
i’ll be using the car for a track day at shannonville lol.
You’ve got a PM regarding a possible trade+some cash or strait up trade for an item in another thread.
u can buy my beater hatch for $400, but i am taking the skirts off of it…
also… how is that $1500 too much for a driveable car?
are you expecting to get a car that you can stick plates on and drive, legally, and take on the track for under $1500?
