i love donnie darko. just picked it up on bluray.
There is no way he could have brought that TV in by himself. He would of had to drag it all the way up my driveway.
I offered to help and he accepted it. I’ve already spoken to UPS and they said im not responsible for the damage.
MADE ME LOL
little spit shine…itl be aiight.
what brand of lcd is it? im sorry if it was posted already i am not paitent enough to read all posts lol
you are a prime example why I can’t have nice things
lol why you say that? i use to sell tvs and some models had some bad defects. just wondering
OMG
well anyways that sucks, for example samsungs when they first got big with lcds like 5 years ago, a few models had troubles with the hdmi ports and that is exactly the type of picture it showed. it was kinda funny to watch it on the stores display and try to sell them .
Yea i worked in the UPS un-load and im surprised the screen is even in one piece…lol
sorry to see that
When I went in for a interview I was amazed how fast they had to load and unload 53 footers. its basically get the shit in and out as fast and you can and pack as much shit as possible in each trailer. From that moment on, I started over packing items like the shit was going to get thrown off a moving airplane. My LCD didnt have much to protect the screen either, but I got it fom sears
looks like scrambled porn. just pay for the cable man.
that sucks dude, i hope it works out for you
This is def. not a defect.
No one should ever pay for PORN!
Im sure everything will work out, it’s just going to take time.
ha i worked there over this past summer, i worked in the pre load as an un loader
dddaaayyuuummm
Looks like a sony 52 inch to me.
Yea, TV’s are never to be placed on there backs or fronts
Think of a sheet of glass, stand it upright and its pretty strong, but lay it flat and watch it flex
LCD panels are the same way.
One good bump and its fucked.
And all tvs are packed that way, 3 peices of foam at the top to keep everything in place with 3 on the bottom, box, and binding straps, nothing touching the screen.
They are suppose to stay upright at all times.
Fujitsu used to have sand capsules on their boxes, if it got tipped more than 20 degrees in any direction side to side or front to back, the dyed sand would pour out and we would refuse them.
ups is horrible with the way they treat their parcels. that’s why they give you insurance for free, probably 30-40 percent get broken lol.
if i was buying a tv online and saw it was coming through ups i would definitely not place the order, make sure they use a freight company those people usually care about what happens to the package.
WoW.
Update:
TV has been picked up. Same UPS guy who delivered it, picked it up last night.
On a side note, Im never buying anything nor do I recommend anyone buy anything from TigerDirect.com. They have terrible customer service, a bunch of F*CKING RETARDS working there.
