you’ll need mats & needles.

some tables come with slipmats…some just come with rubber mats…in that case you’d have to buy some slipmats…but you can get them anywhere…cheap

needs can be pricy…just make sure you get ones that can handle the beating.
some are more geared towards mixing, & some towards scratching.

Shure & Stanton make the best needles/styli

forgot to say…go over to the guitar center behind monroeville mall…they got a decent DJ section & they even sell used stuff from what i can remember.

dj qbert. one of the best scratchers out there has a DVD tutorial. Its pretty good.

As far as turn tables. tech 12s are pimp.
