you’ll run rich either way, your pcm will command 14.7:1 but with all the overlap from the cam it’ll over compensate with fuel for the extra O2 getting dumped down the exhaust.

unless you run straight open loop you won’t be able to change it.

have you done any research on what AFR you need to run at wide open? high compression & boost i’m shooting for 11.5:1, right now it’s a little lean at 12.3 but i may be out of injectors

I know I wont be able to change much in closed loop. open loop is where I need the work. Only thing I’ll be doing at lo-throttle will be getting the map sensor voltage to around 1.5-1.7 volts.

NA on the neon engine your suppose to aim for a 13.0 - 13.2 WOT

can it do WOT with out a runway ?
