Looking for a Ducati

Can you guys point me to a shop, website, or forum for ducati owners. I’m looking into buying a ducati monster, preferably an 1998-2002. I’m already signed up on monsterforums. Is there a place that is local that sells used bikes?

Thanks,
Pete

i’d give Gatto’s in Tarentum a call. i believe they do sell used bikes, not completely sure though

yes they sell used bikes. and they usually have ducanties.

Check out their website. www.gattocycle.com

mmmmm Ducati i want a 748 so bad!!! (iwouldkillmyselftho)

i was thinking the same thing. but i really want one and finally have a little bit of cash.

ducati 999r > *

angel cycles on 51 in rostraver has a used one for about 7000 last i was there…i think its a 748

my life>999r

yes they do

ducs suck!!! to much maintenance, not enough power, over priced. they do really suck as for a machine. they need alot more maintenance frequently then any other bike on market. biggest thing they got is name and resale. a 748 makes like 60 hp. thats nothing their torque isnt much either coming from a twin. handling isnt bad but cant match a jap bike of equal performance. the valves on them have to be serviced like every 8k miles. their clutches i think are dry style. i will admit with some good pipes they sound mean but that is about it. even the 999r doesnt stand up to a inline litre bike of the jap. and you just paid 30k for it. where a top litre bike is 10 to 11k and they require alot less maintenance. just some insight

999r is a nice bike but its sad when a new gsxr750 will beat it…

down at Road Rash off of RTE 30 near greensburgh got a duc 750 monster

nice. i’ll take a look at it this week. did you happen to see how much they wanted for it and what color?
