happened to me once, I wanted this car and was ready to head right out with cash dude told me he wouldn’t be avaliable until after 4pm the next day, so when I call him to come out the next day its sold, fucking bullshit
happened to me on an e30m3 when I was 19. Took off work, got a buddy to give me a ride down, bought a spare alternator belt and a few bits for the car’s issues. Was about to leave for the drive when the guy’s DAD called me that someone was there until 4am, finally bought it for $1k more than he and I agreed on. I would have GLADLY paid $1k more than what we agreed upon.
I would have GLADLY paid $7k for an e30m3…
Wagons are neat but not for me. Thanks for looking out though
Anyhow yeah…this still blows but what you gonna do. I reall want to have something for this summer but finding a decent deal on a clean Nova is hard to come by. Especially local. I am not opposed to traveling to get one if any of you craigslist/internet hunters want to look at over haha.
Again looking for
62-65 mostly
Back is my favorite but whatever but open to options, no flames whatever
V8 with th350 is top choice. Wouldn’t mind something I can cruise for a few years if I decide not to swap right away
I really don’t want to do body/paint work
9" is a big plus
Tubular front suspension is a big plus
Disc brakes is a big plus as well
Don’t want to go over 20k since I will prob spend 10-15 in building it I am sure
Anyone find something I buy and I will take them to a steak dinner

1967 nova/chevy II $20000
I’ve had this happen to me a few times and since then I just go ASAP when something is for sale and I want it. Hind sight is 20/20. You’ll find another good one. I’m going to my dad’s this week. I will bring back a car trader from there for you.
Lets go for a road trip and get one from Texas!
If I find one I like I’m not opposed to traveling for it
Heading out to Springfield, Il in the next cpl of mo’s, to help a friend p/u an enclosed trailer he is buying from his uncle, it’ll be m/t, might as well fill it for the ride home, lmk, luv road trips.
Can you be sure to give me a heads up a few weeks before you head out there and I will see if there is anything on the way back!
Will do.
So who on here has a truck/trailer I can borrow for a few days? Have a few on my radar. Wouldn’t mind making a tip next mon-wed if anyone has interest
This one is decent and the price leaves room that I can start throwing siq parts at it right away. Tubular coilover front end which will work for ls swap, updated steering, power disc brakes, and new seats would only ding like 5-6k and I bet the paint will polish up decent.

This one has lots of good parts but it did used to be a straight race car and was recently converted to “pro-street” realistically it is prob really hacked.

Lastly this ad reads like the guy is kinda slow but car looks clean as fuck. Only one I didn’t call on just not sure if it makes sense as I think I could get the first car running on LS power for a similar price. But man the pics look good.

I still like the first and third.
Mostly the third because it has a row cage.
I like the first, run screaming from the second and the third’s a laser-straight car but $20K is big money for a non-66 or 67 Nova SS.
That first one looks like the best bet Drew IMO. You may be better off finding a truck then pick up a full drive on U-haul trailer down there. Last time I did that I think I paid 60 bucks for the day, it was cheap. What about your buddy from HS that helped us when you moved?
Get that first one! are you going crazy lsx set up? Hell a LQ4 408 turbo with 6l80e and a 4000 locking stall would be tits. 4.10’s out back, 10s or better in the 1/4 with AC for the summer time lol.
I like the first one
I just want something to mess around in/with. No idea really but prob nothing nuts. Auto im guessing. Hell I might even just roll with whatever it comes with till im sick of it.
Aight. Withing on some more pics from the first one.
Road trip Tuesday anyone?
